Fo Guang Shan of Guam is pleased to host the 2010 Interfaith Prayer for World Peace. Everyone is invited to attend. Service starts on Thursday night at 7pm and immediately afterwards is a potluck dinner at 8pm. All potluck dishes must be vegetarian, no meat of any kind!, and without onions and garlic. (It is believed that hungry ghosts will lick the lips of a person who has eaten anything with onions and garlic, and Fo Guang Shan Buddhists do not eat anything with these items in it.) Also please bring a canned, non-perishable food to donate to the Salvation Army and the Catholic Social Service.

We look forward to seeing everyone there along with many new faces and sharing in a time of togetherness with all the people of Guam for a prayer of World Peace.
