Our Sangha will be joining in cleaning up Guam’s beaches this Saturday, September 25th at Tumon Bay. We have done this every year with the BLIA (Buddhist Light International Association) Group. Please plan to come out again this year for a good time walking along Tumon Bay beach and helping clean and make Guam beaches beautiful.
Gloves and plastic trash bags are provided. We meet at Fiesta Resort located at 801 Pale San Votores Road along the road with all the hotels in Tumon around 7am on Saturday. Park in the parking lot and walk through the Resort towards the beach. We are usually directly out back. It is hard to miss.
Last year, everyone received a free t-shirt for participating, as well as, a free entrance for that day to “Fish Eye” on Marine Drive. So bring your children, bring your friends and bring your self and wake up and walk the entire beach line with people from our Sangha and all around Guam. Let’s all clean the beaches together and help Guam stay GREEN! Let’s each do our part and keep Guam beautiful!
